In the case of an application for a permanent contract or an internship, the selection process generally takes place in four demanding stages:
Review of the CV and the cover letter
Following interviews with consultants
Interviews with partners
You will be asked to describe your background and experience and to demonstrate your scientific and financial knowledge, and your interviewer will want to find out whether you have a proper understanding of the financial rationale behind the techniques and the mathematical expressions. We will introduce you to the team, the company, its positioning and its projects, and assess your ability to become part of the team and contribute to the success of ESTER.
